Facing the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on travel arrangements, Oman Air hereby provides passengers with the below latest travel updates. Starting from 29 March 2020, all passenger flights will be suspended until further notice.
Booking Flexibility: For all new bookings made between 6 March and 31 May 2020, Oman Air has waived change fees so to provide customers a greater flexibility on flight tickets. Please refer to the details announced by Oman Air.
If your booking is made via hutchgo.com, please kindly email us to cs.my@hutchgo.com for assistance. By stating clearly of your booking number and departure date on the email subject, we will reply you as soon as possible to ensure our customers to receive timely assistance. As airlines have been continually reviewing their policies, we will handle customer’s cases based on different airlines’ policies and we will charge HKD420 / USD55 handling fee per ticket.
