Facing the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on travel arrangements, Thai Airways hereby provides passengers with the below latest travel updates. Besides, Thai Airways temporarily suspends operations from 25 March 2020 until 31 May 2020.
Extend Ticket Validity: For customers holding Thai Airways International tickets booked to travel between 25 March and 31 May 2020, there will be extension of ticket validity to 31 December 2021. Please refer to the details announced by Thai Airways.
Flight Refund: For customers holding Thai Airways International partially-used tickets booked to travel between 25 March and 31 May 2020, Thai Airways will issue a refund for your unused ticket. As for fully-unused ticket, Thai Airways will convert the full cost of ticket into travel voucher for 12-month validity on any Thai or Thai Smile flights. Please refer to the details announced by Thai Airways.
